Traditional Screen Printing & Heat Transfer

Screen Printing

Handcrafted with screens, plastisol or water based ink, squeegees and swearing. Artwork is applied one color at a time to build up to a final design. It's the tried and true method of garment decoration used to obtain that classic look and finish on branded fabric items for centuries. It's the most time and resource intensive method, so it does cost more and requires additional lead time. Ideally, you'll be ordering 10 or more items per run. Realistically good for one to four color designs based on the equipment I run, though anything is possible if you've got the time and money for artisanal 8 color intensity.

Hybrid Screen-Heat Transfers

Screen Printing Inks applied by simulated printing onto transfer films and applied with a heat press is a hybrid garment decorating solution suitable for fewer than 10 items, or for when you're in a hurry. One to two color designs work well with this method. Look and feel is nearly identical to traditional screen printing. The real big advantage here is it requires far less set up, and designs can be ordered in bulk and kept on hand for smaller garment orders.

Direct To Film Heat Transfers

If you want to get super fancy with full color, highly detailed designs, DTF is the method for you. Good for orders of 1 or more items, and can be used on most fabrics and garment types with some limitations on certain super stretchy or meshy fabrics. They're kind of like Iron-ons all growed up and in an array of different polymers and materials for particular situations.
